The Chenin Blanc Association (CBA), in partnership with the AEB Group of
South Africa hosted a one day conference on Monday 14 November 2011
at Joostenberg Conference Centre in Stellenbosch.
The seminar covered
Chemical, Sensory and Consumer research on SA Chenin Blanc by the
Institute for Wine Biotechnology, Stellenbosch University South Africa,
Marketing Chenin Blanc in the Local & Export Markets and then the
question: Can Chenin Blanc drive the SA white wine category?
